Superdik (powered by Go-In-Style) is an event organised by TLC Holland B.V., hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser". These general terms and conditions apply to all participants and visitors of the Superdik event.

1. Participation and Tickets

Visitors can purchase an admission ticket. Drivers participating with a vehicle pay a fee of €85 per registration.

  • Listed ticket prices are subject to change. The organiser reserves the right to apply temporary pricing promotions, such as discounts or other promotional offers. A price change does not apply retroactively to tickets already purchased.
  • All tickets are personal and non-transferable or non-refundable.
  • Tickets must be presented at the entrance, digitally or printed, with a unique QR code.
  • Entry to the event may be refused without a valid ticket.

2. Data Processing and Communication

By purchasing a ticket or registering as a driver, the participant or visitor expressly grants the organiser permission to:

  • Use the provided personal data for service messages related to the event.
  • Send relevant information about Superdik-related activities and future editions.

3. Photo and Video Material

During the event, photos and videos may be taken by or on behalf of the organiser.

  • By entering the event or uploading visual material via the organiser's platforms (such as social media or the community portal), the participant agrees that this material may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.
  • Participants hereby grant an unlimited, irrevocable licence for use, without any claim to compensation.

4. Liability and Rights

Participation in Superdik is entirely at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for loss, damage, injury or theft, however caused.

  • The organiser reserves the right to modify, relocate or cancel the event in the case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No rights can be derived from statements on websites, social media or other communication channels of the organiser.

5. Other Provisions

All listings are subject to typographical and printing errors.

  • By participating in or visiting Superdik, you agree to these terms and conditions.
